Since 1999 we have served hundreds of clients with high quality photo retouching services. However, as of February 21, 2017, some changes have been put in place of which you should be aware. Here's how things will change through June (after which, we plan to have things back to normal):
Current and past photo retouching and restoration customers:
- We will continue to serve you as always, but at a limited, slower capacity. There may be a delay of 3-5 days to return phone calls and email messages. Please be patient.
- Unless you are a past or current customer, we will not be able to serve you at this time.
- If we quoted you on a project in the past, we will can still fulfill it. However, we are working at a limited, slower capacity.
- If you enrolled in a class at Evanston Township High School, were a participant in any genealogical society workshops/lectures, purchased video tutorials and/or the Photo Restoration and Retouching Foundations Course, we will continue to serve you as always. However, we are working at a limited, slower capacity.
- If we do not return your calls or respond to email messages in 7 days, please contact us again.
- All of our on-demand video tutorials and the Photo Restoration and Retouching Foundations Course will still be available and we will continue to serve you. However, we are working at a limited, slower capacity.
