Restoration Roadshow in Arlington Heights

My visit with the patrons at the Arlington Heights Memorial Public Library was indeed a roller-coaster. In the end, however, the clouds parted and the sun shone bright.

The Photo Grafix office is located in my corporate headquarters of my…basement. For the past 2 weeks, we have been doing some major construction work for plumbing and windows. So my office had to be temporarily relocated to the family harem of the mansion (the living room). Our closets had to be emptied for the plumbers.  Furniture had to be moved from place to place.

All said, after a few days, misplacing things was a regular event.

So the day and hours leading up to the class, I couldn't find matching pants, neckties and belt. I also mixed up the start times for the event (thankfully, I had at least 30 minutes prior to start).

Right at the beginning of the class, I burned 4 minutes trying to get my monitor resolution to match the library's incredibly powerful projector. With 50 people in the room, the pressure was on!

Nevertheless, all ended well with lots of good Q&A, meeting new and old friends and some nice sales of our Photo Restoration Basics course. Special, special thanks to Michael Mulholland and the staff at the library. They ran a top-notch operation and gifted attendees with cotton gloves (so they don't get fingerprints on their photos).

You can watch the entire class at no charge on our YouTube Channel (linked in the picture above).

P.S. If you're interested in some decent home construction work in the Chicagoland area, please contact Feldco for your windows and Repipe Specialists. Be sure to mention that Eric Basir or Judy referred you. Then let me know your opinion.
