Students: Never hesitate to ask questions

Before Evanston Township High School outsourced its wonderful adult education program to a local community college, I was teaching a live Adobe Photoshop Basics class on a regular basis. I always had a few humble students brave enough to admit they were up "all night" on their computer trying to figure something out in Photoshop.

"Why didn't you call me?" I asked.

"I didn't want to bother you" he or she replied.

"No bother" I assured them. "The phone is two floors down from where I sleep and I wouldn't hear a thing." Then I'd explain how they can leave a message and I'll get back to them when I'm awake.

No, it's not "instant" help. However, when there is a nagging question, you should ask nonetheless. I might even be awake!

So if you are one of those students—or someone who purchased my Photo Restoration Basics course on video—please ask questions. Send email through the Photo Grafix website. Call me at 847-673-7043. Post a message on the Photo Grafix University Facebook Page. I rarely get questions. I actually like them! So it's no bother whatsoever.
